How long does shipping take?

Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Germany: 1 to 3 business days. Most other European countries: 2 to 5 business days. Outside Europe: 7 to 10 business days. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days before shipping.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free shipping on all orders over €100.How do I track my order?Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days, contact us at oualostore@outlook.com.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Once an order is accepted and processed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Contact us immediately at oualostore@outlook.com if you need to make a change and we will do our best to help.

Do you ship outside of Europe?

Yes. We ship to selected countries worldwide. Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Contact us at oualostore@outlook.com to start a return.

Can I return a sale item?

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed, contact us at oualostore@outlook.com.

How do I exchange an item?

Return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want. That is the fastest way to get what you need.

How do your products fit?

All Oualo pieces are cut with an oversized silhouette. If you are between sizes or prefer a more fitted look, size down. The model is 1m82 and wears size M.

What material are your products made from?

Our hoodies, crewnecks and sweatpants are made from 400gsm 100% organic cotton. Our t-shirts are 220gsm 100% organic cotton. All pieces are made in Portugal.

How do I wash my Oualo pieces?

Machine wash at 30 degrees. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach. Turn inside out before washing to preserve the print and colour.

Why is the quality worth the price?

Every piece is made from 400gsm organic cotton, that is significantly heavier than most streetwear on the market. Made in Portugal under ethical production conditions. Built to last, not to be replaced every season.
