Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it. Unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Custom or personalised items are also non-returnable. If you have questions about a specific item, get in touch before purchasing.
Exchanges
Return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want. That is the fastest way to get what you need.
European Union: 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase required.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at oualostore@outlook.com.
